Chief Blockchain Officer

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise Virtual Asset Unit Trust, Custodian Services and provide Blockchain Technology supporting
• Act as Chief Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise Virtual Asset Unit Trust regulated activities
• Oversee the compliance functions of the Virtual Asset Unit Trust, Custodian Services and take necessary actions to ensure all business activities comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and standard of good market practices, and company guideline
• Manage and supervise daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Liaise with external parties such as lawyers, fund administrator, banks, auditor, brokers and security solution provider, etc for business activities
Requirements:
• Degree holder in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or related discipline
• 5 years or above solid related working experience
• Passionate about Fintech, Blockchain and Virtual Asset
• Investment and operation experience in virtual asset (VA) industry is must
• Good knowledge on compliance and marketing in virtual asset investment business is must
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
